For many of us, life has gone according to plan. The career, the marriage, the security, the standing – the things you were told would add up to a life. And they have. But somewhere in the having of it, a quieter set of questions has arrived, and they are not the kind that success answers.
Who am I, underneath what I have achieved? Why do the relationships that should feel closest feel so far away? Is this the marriage I want, or the one I ended up in? What is it I actually long for, and why is it so hard to say?
Most of the people I work with consider themselves not to be in crisis. They are successful, thoughtful, and outwardly fine. What they share is a willingness to stop, finally, and turn toward the parts of life that achievement was never going to resolve: their relationship with themselves and with the people who matter most.
My practice is for individuals ready to do deeper work on the relationships that shape a life – with themselves, and with the people around them. Not a crisis, usually. A turning point.
You have the success, the security, perhaps the wealth, and a growing awareness that none of it has answered the questions that matter most. Purpose, meaning, and the relationships worth cherishing turn out not to have come with the achievement.
A marriage or partnership that has lasted, but drifted. The work of finding each other again, or finding yourself within it, and the honest questions underneath: what love actually is, how it differs from partnership, and what you want the next chapter to hold.
The sense of standing slightly outside your own relationships. Difficulty connecting with others on a deeper level, or with yourself, often rooted in old patterns, in how you learned love was given, and in a self-worth that never quite settled.
The work often begins somewhere specific: a relationship that keeps repeating the same pattern, a parent whose approval never arrived, a marriage at a crossroads, a success that rings hollow. And it usually leads to the same deeper ground: your relationship with yourself, and whether you believe you are worth knowing, and worth loving, as you actually are.
I am an integrative psychotherapist with over fifteen years of professional experience. My work is relational at its core: it concerns the patterns you carry, how you learned to be close, to be loved, to protect yourself, and how those patterns still shape your relationship with yourself and with everyone who matters.
Sessions are unhurried, rigorous, and shaped around you rather than a protocol. This is depth work, not coaching: we go to the origin of the pattern, not just its latest appearance.

Most of my work takes place by encrypted video for many clients, the most discreet option there is. No journey, no building, no waiting room. For those who prefer to meet in person, I see clients by arrangement at private consulting rooms in central London, scheduled so that clients never encounter one another. What is said in session stays in session subject only to the legal and ethical limits of confidentiality, which I explain plainly before we begin.
The room is one place where you do not have to be the most capable person present.
I am moving toward a deliberately small private practice, taking on only a handful of new clients as I do. It is the only way I know to do work of this depth: it means each person I begin with has my full attention for as long as the work takes.
The first step is a brief, confidential enquiry — you will hear back from me personally within one working day, and we will arrange an initial consultation to see whether the work is a good fit on both sides.
